How to use Ceramico:
Hold the grater firmly and without too much pressure rub "dry" foods over the outermost edges
Grate "wet" foods in a circular motion in the middle
Using a brush (baking/ silicone brush or toothbrush) gently bring the grated material together
Use oil or water to create pastes directly in Ceramico
Released essential oils through grating, for example from garlic and ginger, are not lost and intensify the taste.
Examples of usage: Homemade marinades, spreads & dips; For refining tofu, meat, vegetables, sauces; Grate parmesan for casseroles & pasta; For garnishing desserts & tarts with chocolate or nuts; Hot & cold drinks (eg. Ginger tea)
